Timothy Stowe
Obituary
Timothy Stowe, age 61, went to be with the Lord on August 23, 2023. He graduated from Presbyterian College with a degree in Business Administration. He was an avid reader, and an enthusiastic fan or sports, especially college football. He was a passionate player in little league baseball and Atlanta Colts football; he played soccer all through high school and college. In 1988, he joined "Old White" rugby tream and in 1990, traveled with the team to play in Auckland, New Zealand.
Timothy was trained in cabinet making, began a career in construction and worked many years as project manager for various well-known builders.
He loved animals and always had one or two dogs.
He is survived by his mother, Carolyn Talley; brother, Stephen Talley; and several aunts and cousins. He is preceded in death by his father, Royce Stowe.
Tim's ashes will be privately placed in the Columbarium at St. James United Methodist Church. A celebration of life service is being planned.
In lieu of flowers, donations should be made to the Atlanta Humane Society or your favorite animal rescue facility.
