Tamara Dubinskiy, age 86, Sandy Springs, Georgia died March 18, 2023. Survivors include her children: Iryna Zolotarova and George Doubinskiy. Funeral service will be held Wednesday, March 22, 2023 at 11:00 am in the chapel of Fischer Funeral Care. Committal service at 1:00 pm at North Atlanta Memorial Park.
