Suzette Marie Snell

Suzette Snell, age 73, Brookhaven, Georgia died November 27, 2024. She was born in Morton Grove, IL to Mary and George Mohr.  Suzette completed her undergraduate studies at Iowa State University in 1972 and went on to earn her master’s degree at Northwestern University.  During her career, she was the vice president of Northern Illinois Gas Company and the marketing manager at Equifax.  Suzette was a board member of her homeowner’s associations at Jacksons Creek and Byrnwyck and served on the board of directors at the Interfaith Outreach Home, Doraville, GA.  She was involved in many church and school activities at Our Lady of the Assumption Catholic Church, and its Stephen Ministry.  She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Dr. William Snell; son, Richard Snell, Herndon, VA; son and daughter-in-law, Ross and Chelsi Snell, Atlanta; daughter, Meredith Snell, Atlanta and brother, Donald Mohr.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Interfaith Outreach Home, Doraville, GA.  Sign online guest book at www.fischerperimeterchapel.com.  The family will receive guests Thursday, December 5, 2024 from 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm at Fischer Funeral Care.  A memorial mass will be held Friday, December 6, 2024, at 11:00 am at Our Lady of the Assumption Catholic Church.  Arrangements by Fischer Funeral Care, 3742 Chamblee Dunwoody Road, Atlanta, GA (678) 514-1000.
