Shauna Celestine Grovell

Shauna Celestine Grovell (55), of Dunwoody, GA, passed away peacefully on October 1, 2025. She was the beloved daughter of the late Eddie and Othie Grovell, the loving sister of the late Teslin Grovell, and a proud aunt to Brooke Rose.

Shauna always had a love for knowledge, gaining her Bachelor of Arts from Carnegie Mellon University, and going on to receive a Master of Arts from George Washington University in Higher Education Administration and Human Development. Her continuous curiosity led her to multiple certifications from some of the world’s most esteemed universities, such as Harvard University, Cornell University, and the University of Michigan.

Shauna was a born leader who put her education into practice, as she quickly climbed the corporate ladder. She was a well-regarded businesswoman whose passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion was always at the forefront of her roles. She fostered an environment where those around her felt a sense of belonging and were championed to reach their full potential. This passion led her to develop The Customer Experience Unleashed!, where her dedication and expertise were valued by colleagues and friends alike.

In her personal time, Shauna could be found travelling the world, taking in a Broadway show, or enjoying a Belvedere martini with friends. She had a laugh that filled a room, and a smile that made people feel right at home. Her zest for life and fun-loving spirit will be deeply missed, but her memory will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
