Nancy Lynn Wilson Plachter, Gainesville, Georgia passed away May 17, 2023.

Nancy was born in Philadelphia, PA on August 12, 1970, She enjoyed art, animals, reading and all things Peanuts. Nancy was kind, loving, and had an incredible sense of humor as well as being very creative. She was a strong woman who endured a great deal during her all too short life. She had a light that could not be dimmed. Nancy impacted every person she met, leaving them with a smile on their face.
Nancy will be dearly missed and her passing leaves a hole in the hearts of every person she knew.
She is survived by her husband, Bill Plachter; children: Daniele and William Plachter; mother, Lucille Wilson of Potomac, Maryland; sister and brother-in-law, Denise Wilson and Robert Jackson of Dallas, Texas; sister and brother-in-law, Kathleen and Alan Skavroneck, of Punta Gorda, Florida; brother and brother-in-law, Joseph Wilson and Juan Sargeant of Potomac, Maryland; nephews Ford Jackson, Jonathon and Brandon Skavroneck; and nieces: Grace and Helen Jackson.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to The Lupus Foundation (www.lupus.org) or the Lifeline Animal Project (www.lifelineanimal.org).
A memorial service will be held on June 4th, 2023 at the home of her daughter, Daniele in Atlanta. A memorial service in New Jersey is planned for a later date.
