Ms Modestine Smith, Stone Mountain and formerly Los Angeles, CA passed away at Harbor Grace Hospice in Atlanta, Georgia on March 8, 2023. She is survived by her daughter Patsy Sumpter. A memorial service is being planned for a later date.
