Karen Lee Turpin

Karen Lee Turpin, beloved mother, grandmother, and sister, passed away peacefully on September 17, 2024, at the age of 77, surrounded by her loving family.

Born in Lansing, Michigan, Karen lived a vibrant life, calling many places home, including Virginia, and Miami, Florida, before settling in Atlanta, Georgia. She was a devoted mother to her daughter Suzy Brock, son Alexander Brock (Gabriela) and to son Don Brock who precedes her in death, all who cherished her deeply. Karen also leaves behind her beloved sister Cindy Owen (Patrick), and adoring grandchildren who were a constant source of joy in her life.

Karen was an avid reader, always with a book in hand, and she inspired those around her with her loving spirit and quick wit.  Her presence was a source of joy that brought family and friends together.

Her warmth, kindness, and unwavering support will be missed by all who knew her. Karen's spirit will forever remain in the hearts of her loved ones, and her legacy of love and wisdom will continue to guide them.
