Hazel T. Hill

Hazel T. Hill, age 88, of Chamblee, died late Saturday evening July 30, 2022 at Legacy Ridge Senior Living facility in Alpharetta.
Hazel was born and raised in Nashville Ga. She has lived for many years in Chamblee. Hazel retired from the Internal Revenue Service as a Civil Servant with over 26 years of service. She loved sewing, flowers, gardening and reading her bible. She was a founding member of Clairmont Baptist Church.
Hazel is preceded in death by her daughter, Bobbie Whitten; her son, Tommy Hill; and her past husband, Irven Carl Hill.
She is survived by two sons, Roger Dale Hill of Aragon; and James D. Hill and his wife Sheryl of Chamblee; five grandchildren, David Leffew, Becky Wood, Randy Hill, Georgia Stilley and Ginny Rodgers; and many great-grandchildren. Two great-great grandchildren also survive, along with many nieces and nephews.
The funeral service for Hazel T. Hill will be held Saturday, August 6, 2022, at 1:30 at Fischer Funeral Care at 3742 Chamblee Dunwoody Road Atlanta GA 30341 with Pastor J.B. Brown officiating. The Family will receive friends on Saturday at the funeral home from 12:00 – 1:30 pm. Interment will follow at 3:00 pm at North Atlanta Memorial Park at 5188 Winters Chapel Road Atlanta GA 30360.
