Geraldine "Geri" Williams

Geraldine “Geri” Williams, 57, of Berkeley Lake, Georgia, passed away peacefully on June 27, 2025. Born on March 12, 1968, in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Geri was a radiant soul whose presence lit up every room she entered. Her laughter — warm, unmistakable, and contagious — could be heard from anywhere, leaving joy in its wake.
Geri was a devoted mother to her three children, Tyler Teesateskie, Kirstie Frady, and Frank Williams, and a proud grandmother to nine beloved grandchildren: Tytan, Abree, Carolina, Kayden, Mila, and Kohen Teesateskie; Ophelia Frady; Lukas Henrriquez and Oliver Williams. Her love for her family was limitless, she gave everything she had and then some. To be loved by Geri was to be deeply cherished, supported, and seen.
With a brilliant mind and a nurturing spirit, Geri was a source of wisdom and comfort to all who knew her. She had a rare gift for making people feel safe, heard, and understood — her home was a sanctuary, and her heart an open door. Whether offering guidance or simply listening without judgement, Geri created a space where people could truly be themselves.
She adored butterflies, symbols of transformation and grace, and found deep meaning in their quiet beauty. In her honor, we remember:
"Just when the caterpillar thought the world was over, it became a butterfly."
A memorial service celebrating Geri’s life will be held on Sunday, August 3rd in Berkeley Lake, Georgia. Service times will be shared privately with family.
Geri is reunited in peace with her beloved daughter, Shonica Teesateskie and grandson, Frank Williams Jr, whose memories she carried with her every day.
Geri’s light will continue to shine in the lives she touched, in the laughter of her grandchildren, the strength of her children, and the hearts of all who were lucky enough to call her family or friend.
