Elizabeth H. Heidemann

Mrs. Elizabeth Hastings Heidemann, age 89, of Montgomery Alabama died Tuesday evening August 10, 2021, in Atlanta Georgia after an extended illness.
After receiving her master’s degree from Northwestern University, Mrs. Heidemann started her career in the New York Library system. The last 18 years of her career she was employed by Troy University as Librarian. She loved music, trees, movies, and broadways shows. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.
She is preceded in death by her husband Frederick Heidemann. She is survived by two daughters, Kathleen Guy and husband Joseph of Atlanta, and Laura Strong of Los Angeles California; her son, Edward Heidemann of Montgomery Alabama; and her grandson Duncan Guy of Atlanta.
Graveside Funeral Services for Mrs. Elizabeth Hastings Heidemann will be held in Montogmery Alabama privately with her family.
