Dolores Janice (Todd) Waters

Dolores Todd Waters died December 11, 2025. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Atwell Waters, Jr. She is survived by her son, Joe Waters; daughter, Catherine Waters and former son-in-law and friend, David Sereno. A funeral mass will be held Wednesday, December 17, 2025 at 11:00 am at Our Lady of the Assumption Catholic Church. The family will receive guests one hour prior to the service at the church.
