Carol Rubinson

Carol H. Rubinson age 85, Atlanta ,Georgia entered her eternal resting place Friday March 21,2025. Carol Rubinson was an amazing wife , loving and caring mother , daughter and sister. Carol attended Westminster Schools in Atlanta and The University of Georgia. Later she became a flight attendant for Delta Airlines. She then put her flight attendant days on  hold to raise a family. Carol raised four children and then started back to work as an office manager at R.F. Wolter’s company. She moved on from there and worked for H&R Block for numerous years.

Carol loved going to church at St. Martin in the Fields and while there she loved to play the bells. She was a member of The Order of The Daughters of The King. She was very active in the church. In her free time she loved gardening , sewing ,and she would attend her children’s sporting events and activities. Carol also loved to travel she traveled throughout the U.S.A , going to New York ,Colorado , California , Florida and numerous other places. She also traveled overseas to Israel , Germany and Italy to name a few.

Carol is survived by husband, Alan (Buddy) Rubinson; children: Jay Rubinson ,David Rubinson and Debra Sexton;  son-in-law, Bren Sexton. Grandchildren: Steven and Halle (wife)Sexton and Richard Sexton; Great-grandchildren:  James and Ellah Sexton; Nieces and nephews, Sandy Parris, Louis Bridges , Parks Higgins , Carol Gowling , Cheri McNulty , Whit Rylee , Kirsten Crawford and Mark Gilbert , Jeff Gilbert and Karen Gilbert. Her sisters, Joyce Bridges , Marylynn Higgins and her brother, Grant Herrman. Pre-deceased by her son, Roger Rubinson and nephews: Elmer (Boe) Bridges and Butch Rylee and her sister Gayle Triantos.

In lieu of flowers the family would like donations made to Alzheimers Foundation of America ().

Graveside services will be held t Arlington Memorial Park Saturday March 29,2025 at 2 PM.
