Barbara Ellen Dorgan

Barbara Ellen Dorgan, Roswell, GA, died Saturday, November 30th, 2024, at the age of 76. She was born  January 11th, 1948, in Camp Lejeune, North Carolina.

She is survived by her loving daughter and son-in-law, Angela  and Dixon Long  and her brother, Fred Dorgan. Barbara was a proud grandmother to Dixon (Rose) Long, Krissy (Meme) Montoya, and Dylan (Courtney) Clutter, and  great-grandmother to five great-grandchildren.

Barbara was preceded in death by her parents, Alfred V. Dorgan II and Rosemary Dorgan; her son, Christopher Dorgan, and her sisters: Alice Dorgan and Cathye Dorgan.

A funeral service will be held at Fischer Funeral Care  on Saturday, December 7th, 2024, at 10:30 am. Following the service, a committal service will take place at Honey Creek Woodlands in Conyers, GA, at 3:00 pm. Arrangements are being handled by Fischer Funeral Care and Cremation Services.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Atlanta Humane Society, reflecting Barbara's love for animals.
