Austin Levi Seay-Trzos of Atlanta, 25, died unexpectedly August 27, 2023. He was born June 29, 1998, in Gordon County, Georgia. The son of loving parents: Daniel Trzos and Randall Seay, both of Atlanta. Austin came to his forever home July 11, 2008. He graduated Maynard Jackson High School in 2018 where he played La Crosse. Austin went on to Atlanta Area Technical College where he received certificates in Assembly Bench Technician and HVAC.
Austin was a charter member of Boy Scout Troop 150 in Grant Park under troop leader David Scott and completed Cotillion through North Atlanta Professional Prep. He continued to work at NAPP teaching students manners and etiquette. His first job was with Buenos Dias Cafe in downtown Atlanta with Ken and Jeanette Katz. His most recent job was at Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson Airport with Unifi.
Austin is survived by his parents: Dan Trzos and Randy Seay of Atlanta; sisters: Montana McDaniel of Trenton, GA; Nicole Merriman-Swenson of Trenton, GA and Savannah Merriman-Swenson of Chattanooga, TN. He also leaves behind his beloved Aunt Rhonda Trzos Rogers (Jeff) of San Diego, CA and honorary Grandma, Jeanie Lim of High Springs, FL, with aunts and uncles: Kathy Trzos (Tim Campbell) Carlsbad, CA, Tom Trzos (Marian Fowler) Chula Vista, CA, Tony Trzos (Patty) Flushing, MI, Connie Smith, Springfield TN, Terry Seay, Chapmansboro, TN, and Lisa Tobias (Kevin) White House, TN. He is also survived by his girlfriend Jackie Flournoy of Atlanta, and many cousins in California, Nevada, Michigan, Georgia, Virginia, Tennessee, Alabama, Texas, Illinois, and the Czech Republic. Many loving friends include Linda McCormick, Michael Solberg, and Jackie Goodman, all of Atlanta.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, September 16, 2023, at 11:00 am at Saint Paul United Methodist Church (Pastor Ellen Hopkins, officiating), Grant Park, Atlanta Georgia with refreshments to follow. Graveside service for immediate family will be at Honey Creek Woodlands, Monastery of the Holy Spirit, Conyers, GA.
Services are being coordinated by Fischer Funeral Care of Chamblee, GA. Donations may be made in memory of Austin Seay-Trzos to Boy Scout Troop 150, St. Paul United Methodist Church, Grant Park, Atlanta, GA.
