*September 12, 1959 - March 9, 2026*
Anthony (Ronald) Ryan reposed in the Lord on March 9, 2026, at the age of 66. He was born in Charleston, Illinois, to James L. Ryan and Nancy J. Beech Ryan on September 12, 1959. He dearly loved his daughters and was a beloved brother to his siblings. He served in the National Guard and was a faithful member of the St. Mary of Egypt Orthodox Church, at which he was known for ringing the bells and keeping order in the pre-school church school class.
He was preceded in death by his parents; by his wife, Beda Lynn Fowler Ryan; by his brother, Montgomery Ryan; and, by his cherished grandmother, Myrna Ryan.
Anthony (Ronald) is survived by his daughters, Josie Whittier, JerriLynn Ryan, and Jessica Ryan; and by his grandchildren, Connor, Grace, Anna, and Logan. He is also survived by his brother, Timothy Beech and his wife Shirley; brother, Keith Ryan and his wife Michele; and by his sisters, Patricia Tatum (Ryan) and her friend Dave Hoover, Christie Sievers and her husband, Kevin, and Kimberly Peterson and her husband Mike.
St. Mary of Egypt Orthodox Church at 1765 Woodstock Road, Roswell, GA 30075 will be open to family and friends on Monday, March 16, 2026, from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, followed by a Pannikhida Memorial Service at 6:00 PM.
The funeral service will take place at St. Mary of Egypt Orthodox Church on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 12: 00 PM. The burial will then follow at the Monastery of the Glorious Ascension – 5052 South Dixie Highway, Resaca, GA 30735. May his memory be eternal.
