Allen Gibbs Sanders

Mr. Gibbs Sanders, age 81, of Tucker died peacefully early Wednesday morning June 2, 2021 at his residence under the care of Bristol Hospice.
Gibbs was an avid buyer and seller of artwork, antiques and collectibles. He enjoyed going to estate sales and auctions. He was a master at grilling, but the love of his life was his grandchildren. He was Catholic by faith.
Gibbs is preceded in death by his brother, Edward Sanders and his sister, Juanita Sanders.
He is survived by his wife of 49 years Carmen Sanders of Tucker; his son Allen Sanders (Callie) of Tucker; two grandchildren, Fred and Luke Sanders of Tucker; and his brother, Paul Sanders (Elaine) of Naples FL.
The family will receive friends for visitation on Sunday, June 6, 2021 from 2:00 – 4:00 PM at Fischer Funeral Care at 3742 Chamblee Dunwoody Road Chamblee GA 30341.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial donations be made to St. Jude’s Children Hospital.
